byPeter Alagos – Property service provider Just Real Estate unveiled on Tuesday ‘View Bchamoun’, the company’s latest project in Lebanon, during a ceremony held at JRE’s sales centre at Al Shoumoukh Tower in Doha. Located 200 metres above sea level in Aley, a district in Mount Lebanon, the View Bchamoun project offers potential investment options in the luxury residential and lifestyle destination, said engineer Nasser al-Ansari, JRE chairman, who noted that the project is expected to be completed “by the end of 2018.” The complex comprises 144 apartments, with options from two- to four-bedrooms, distributed across nine sophisticated buildings, said al-Ansari, adding View Bchamoun’s design reflects Lebanon’s lush green mountain surrounds; designers and developers created a holistic residential hub with a focus on the residents’ well-being. Speaking to Gulf Times on the sidelines of the event, al-Ansari noted that Lebanon is one of JRE’s key markets. “There is a large Lebanese community demanding investment opportunities, and as a trustworthy property developer, we can assure them that Just Real Estate can cater to their needs.” “Also, Qatar has a large Lebanese community and to reach out to them, we have launched marketing and advertising campaigns on social media, and we are also launching the project in Lebanon,” al-Ansari further said.
In addition to luxury apartments, the entire project was designed and finished with the highest standards, said al-Ansari, adding that View Bchamoun offers residents an extensive range of facilities and amenities. The complex includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a high-tech gym, football courts, full-size basketball court, tennis court, dedicated children’s playground, BBQ area, and lush gardens and walkways. View Bchamoun also offers commercial investment opportunities with a 21-unit retail complex, providing residents with the ultimate lifestyle destination. Its vantage point on Mount Lebanon makes for stunning vistas across downtown Beirut and of the sea, complemented by the mountain scenery surrounding the complex. Al-Ansari said the project is strategically-located and is just a 15-minute drive from the centre of one of the Middle East’s most iconic cities. It is also accessible to the Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport, as well as the city’s wide range of attractions and activities. “It is an honour for Just Real Estate to be able to offer our clients and potential clients this unique opportunity in an established international real estate market in such an iconic location, not too far from our doorstep.
“This partnership with View Bchamoun is just another example of how our reputation continues to grow overseas,” said al-Ansari while delivering an overview of the project before Lebanese ambassador Hassan Najm and guests from the Lebanese embassy business network. He added: “View Bchamoun gives buyers the chance to own a home in a holistic residential community that puts the focus on their well-being and it also provides great potential for investors as I’m sure that this new development will be extremely popular.”
Qatar’s real estate sector remains “normal”, as the country will continue to witness “prosperity” and “huge developments,” Just Real Estate chairman Nasser al-Ansari told Gulf Times yesterday. Asked if the current geopolitical crisis will have an impact on the country’s property market, al-Ansari said Qatar’s real estate sector continue to experience growth, and he expressed confidence in the measures undertaken by the government and in “the wise leadership” of HH the Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. “As I said earlier, it is business as always; business is normal in Qatar. We will continue see prosperity and huge developments. We are going to be more self-sufficient and we are building more and more. “Growth in the real estate sector is constant and it will be bigger and bigger. We will be able to sell further in this economy because we have our full trust in His Highness the Emir and in our government,” al-Ansari said.
